Education LawOur attorneys will provide experienced and effective advocacy for your children's education, including disciplinary issues. They work with educational consultants, psychologists and often neuropsychologists to help best determine what appropriate accommodations and services your child is entitled to under both the federal and Massachusetts regulations. When necessary, they will file a hearing request with the Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA).

Juvenile LawChildren Requiring Assistance (CRA) formerly known as Child in Need of Services (CHINS) cases. The school must take steps to try and resolve the school-related issue(s) prior to filing a CRA petition. Should such efforts fail, your child is entitled to counsel at all hearings. Our attorneys have successfully defended CHINS petitions and are prepared to zealously advocate for your child.
